The only reason is due to break lease - partner and I have broken up.
House is amazing and so beautiful. full front balcony. Timber floors throughout. two large bedrooms (one with built in, the other with a cupboard provided). Extra bedroom that we have used for storage / desk area but happily fit a sofa couch etc in it. beautiful sunlight in extra room. Very large and modern kitchen. large dining and separate living areas. laundry area is upstairs with extra storage cupboard. Bathroom while only one is very large. Underneath the house fits double cars and has lock up storage also.
House is conveniently located near Nundah shops, local farmers markets on sunday's, Toombul shopping centre and Nundah and Toombul train station all approx 1-2km away.
