My room is on offer as I am moving closer to new work location - you will be sharing with two females, aged 23 years (both nearly finished uni and working part time). I have really enjoyed living in this house - everyone has slightly different schedules with work and uni, but keen to catch up for dinner or drinks occasionally throughout the week or on weekends!
The house is fully furnished so would just need stuff for your room however, I'm sure there would be the option of adding a few pieces to the living/dining area if you had any furniture you wanted to bring! Preferably looking for someone early to mid 20's. At the moment, the room is available from early August (flexible with move-in date) until mid October, although there is a possibility that the lease will be extended!
