My son and I are looking for a third housemate to share a homely 3 bedroom house in Holmview, near Beenleigh, with ourselves and my two boxer dogs. On offer is a decent sized light and bright bedroom, double wardrobe with sliding doors, carpeted, inclusive of queen bed if needed, plus bedside table and lamp.
The house has an established garden, secure gate and fencing and a good sized back yard. The neighbourhood is generally pretty quiet, an easy walk to Holmview station or short drive to Beenleigh. On-street parking out the front. Very central to Brisbane or Gold Coast by drive or train.
I work as a business studies lecturer in the city and my son is an arborist based at Wacol. We've both reasonably busy, hard-working and pretty tidy. We'd like a guy or girl, working full-time, non-smoker and easy to get along with.
