Lease Transfer 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, 1 Parking at the Village Docklands, 8 McCrae Street, Docklands, Victoria. (UNFURNISHED)
We are moving interstate and will be looking for someone who would be interested in taking over our lease.
2 OPTIONS FOR THE LEASE:
1. Our lease will be ended by September 30, 2016, so there is 1 month left, since my initial contract is 12-month lease and I am on my 11th month.
The interested parties can take over the remaining 1 month to complete the 12-month initial lease then she/he can do monthly extension and in the event that they decided to end the lease you have to give the agent 1-month notice.
2. Or, The interested parties can sign up for the 6 months or 1 year upfront depending on their lease preference.
All applications will be processed by the agent and also needs the approval of the owner before signing the lease transfer agreement.
We needed someone urgently to transfer the lease before August 22, 2016.
Before you move-in we will be paying the following: (US)

The agent will process paperworks for the new lease agreement and the bond transfer.

Bedroom: Can fit 1 queen size bedroom with access to balcony and overlooking the swimming pool. There is a 2 built in closet ideal for single or couple working in the city.
Bathroom/ Toilet: Shower glass closure with hot and cold heater, a sink, toilet bowl and vanity mirror. Inside the toilet you can see a cabinet on your left side and there is a space for your washing machine and a sink with faucet.
Parking: Level 4

Kitchen: Built-in dishwasher, hot and cold faucet, Built-in oven, newly installed kitchen exhaust and fire alarm system. There is a space allocated for microwave and refrigerator.
Dining: We had 4-seater dining table that we bought from Ikea but if you have a 6-seater dining table is enough as well. (Please take note that the unit is unfurnished).
Living Room: spacious enough for city living, sun rays can be seen during the day and overlooking pool view from this side too. Air-condition is also installed on this area.
