Hi, we are seeking for a fun mature person to share our lovely 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house in Attadale.
This large home comes with a modern gourmet kitchen, air conditioning, reticulated gardens, WiFi, large LCD TV and outdoor entertaining area.
The house is close to the river (10 mins walk), close to Fremantle (near bus route on Canning Highway) and a 5 minute walk to Coles and Gym etc and is just a great home!
The room is not furnished but will fit a double/queen bed.
Flatmates
We are a guy and a girl (not a couple) a professional and a Student who like spending time at home with a glass of wine or making a dinner. We also enjoy having friends over occasionally, however this is not a party house.
Ideally we would prefer a professional person that is neat, clean and consciencious, and you know, cool :)
