Preferences
It is a 15 minute walk to gungahlin marketplace in one direction and a 15 minute walk to woolworths in the other direction! And a 2min walk to a bus stop on either side of flemmington road, that goes directly to the city or gungahlin.
We are on the top floor, huge balcony, BBQ facilities, air conditioning, netflix, NBN wireless internet.
Underground parking with secure buzzer access as well as off street parking.
You will have your own bedroom and bathroom buillt in robe, everything else is for us to share. π
NBN is an extra $10 a month for almost unlimited internet.
