Lovely semi-detached house. In close proximity of Naremburn shops as well as Crows Nest. Running off Willoughby Road, transport facilities are well equipped. 5 minute walk to express buses to the city as well as 10 minute walk to St Leonards Station. The loungeroom is oversized and fully furnished. Through to the kitchen with polished timber floors, is a large open area with stone benchtops, electric cooking and dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen with a dinning area, furnished. Separate laundry off the side of the kitchen and my bedroom. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a bath/shower and plenty of space. Outdoors, an oversized balcony wraps around the back of the house and backs onto a large grassed backyard. Street parking is easy, not timed and plenty. Bedrooms are at completely separate ends of the house. I have a small dog, who loves people, please note you must be okay with dogs, and treat him as your own!
