Welcome to your Brighton Beach House. We are perfectly located barely a minute's walk from the waves and the many new cafes and bars along Scarborough foreshore. Once summer arrives we will also have prime access to the brand new development of a beach-side swimming pool (for those too scared to take on the sharks).
The house is furnished in bright colours so its impossible to feel gloomy. We have air-conditioning for when it gets just too hot. If you are into entertaining we have a gazebo including a BBQ and a garden.
We come with unlimited WiFi and all of your bills are included so you don't have to keep track of anything but your weekly rent.
There is also car-parking located securely behind a gate. There are also busses to the city and train stations nearby, and its a lovely area to walk around.
Your room has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. There is plenty of storage underneath the bed (drawers). Just bring your bed linen and you are all set up!
We are Scott, Danielle and Pim and we can't wait to meet you.
Scott is 31, works in retail management, and can always help you find a bargain!
Danielle is a postgraduate law student and spends most of her time at the library. But when she isn't, she does freelance graphic design and is probably running off to some charity event.
Pim is a housemate of the feline variety. She pays her rent in cuddles and cute antics, and is great at deep meaningful conversations (provided you are fluent in 'Meow').
We are tidy and considerate. We keep a cleaning roster to make sure responsibilities are shared equally, and about once a month we try to organise a housemate dinner to catch up properly.
We would like to meet someone who has an active lifestyle and loves what they do. When you come to see the house, we really hope you will join us for tea or a glass of wine so we can get to know you a bit.
