Property is located one street away from beautiful Brighton-Le Sands beaches which are nice in Spring and Summertime. Right near Bay Street. Close to Coles, restaurants, bakery and specialty food shops you hardly need to leave. Close to Rockdale and Miranda for any other shopping needs.
The 479 bus runs on weekdays from early in the morning directly to Rockdale Station which travels straight to Central. Bus Stop is less than 50m from your doorstep. From there anywhere is at your fingertips. If you have your own car perfect, there is plenty of street parking usually directly out front of the building if not less than 100m away.
I am the only other flatmate.
I am a secondary school teacher so am gone each weekday from early morning until mid afternoon.
I can be boring; read books, watch movies and take extra long baths. I don't go out on weekend nights so I'd be home.
I also have friends/family all over Australia who could potentially come to stay for up to 3 days at a time (Mother etc) with notice.
