The house is fully furnished, clean, bright and in a great location. It has a central heating/cooling system, newish kitchen and bathroom, and a great small backyard perfect for summer BBQs and growing veggies.

It's near the tram, bus, and train (all modes of public transport!) and only 5 kms from the centre of town, walking distance to the Sunday Farmers' Market and to Goodwood Road.

The room is big enough for a double bed, chest of drawers/bedside table and small desk. It has a built in wardrobe and is rented at $130 per week. The room can come with or without a double bed.

Bills usually come in per quarter and average at $20 or $25 per week, so $130 + bills would equate to a weekly cost of roughly $150

Ben is a geologist/engineer and is a keen adventure cyclist. He recently cycled 2,700kms through Central Asia.

Gail works in admin/hospitality and likes board games, pretending to be fit, and positivity.

Anj is a vegetarian who likes swimming and long walks on the beach.

We are in our early 30s and looking for a friendly, kind independent person who likes to have a chat and glass of wine/beer, but also doesn't mind if they don't see much of us. We're generally very tidy and clean in communal areas and respectful of each other's personal space.

Bonus points given to cyclists and happy people. :)
