Preferences
The apartment is located on Bourke Street 1 min to southern Cross Station, there is a free Tram zone and directly in front of the apartment block is a tram stop.
Coles & Woolworth less than a 5 mins walk.
We are 3 girls so we're looking for a female only.
The other room in the Apartment is the boy room, we have seperate bathrooms.
There is also a pool & and a gym on the same floor as us!
The rent is 165$ a week with all bills included. ( unlimited wifi, laundry...)
There is a 330$ bond and no minimum stay.
