Seeking a third roomie after our longterm ledger of 3.5 years has moved in with partner and is off on a new adventure! The apartment is centrally located in a well maintained gated complex, with a pool and stunning views of the swan river and city. The room comes with one secure car bay inside of the complex for added security and convenience. Just a short walk from the Victoria Park transfer station, a short distance to the cafe street and local Woolies and less than a 10 min drive from Curtin University- the convenience factor is unbeatable.

The apartment is neat and tidy with all communal areas furnished- including white goods, dishwasher, air conditioner etc. The available room is unfurnished and has double built in robes, with our previous housemate comfortably fitting a queen size bed and side table in (msg me for dimensions).

Electricity split 3 ways quarterly, an average of $150-200
Sorry in advance- based on experience this flat would not be suitable for pets, couples or children.

About us, I am a full-time social work student at Curtin and my flat mate is an IT professional from Holland (29 and 31 years old). We are both super friendly and sociable, enjoying a good chat on the balcony over our amazing sunsets and a few wines or beers- but also have common decency in terms of respect and privacy etc. Not really a party house, just to be upfront but if you have any queries in this regard drop me a line!

The ideal edition to this household would be an individual who is sociable and considerate, enjoying a good laugh- sense of humour in this house is an added bonus!
