Hey I am Dan!
My housemate is moving to the Sunny Coast and so I am attempting to get someone into my place in the next 3 weeks! In failing that I am needing to find somewhere else to live (hence my two ads being active)
I'm a 24 year old professional male originally from the UK. I have been here for over 2 years and am a Business Development Executive.
I work Monday - Friday 8-5 and train at the gym almost every evening too. I am pretty focused on work Monday to Friday and on weekends I am pretty open minded from a few drinks to movie or game nights and even spontaneous trips out to the beach or theme parks etc, I love it all.
I love to socialise, love to have fun but also am very mindful of peoples personal space. In terms of cleanliness I am very clean and tidy and never have a problem with tidying up, although I am not a clean freak I feel it is best for the house to be presentable the majority of the time.
I am a fitness fanatic, training at F45 every evening and some early mornings also, any like minded people I welcome to come and have a look at the place and meet myself!
