Hi There, I'm a professional person looking for a new house mate. My home is nestled in a lovely, quiet most sought after estate in Cecil Hills. It is a perfect place for someone to enjoy and relax or just want some peace and quiet after a long day at work.
My home has a very spacious living area, dining room and kitchen. The outside is excellent, with an in-ground swimming pool, a large alfresco area with BBQ and outdoor furnishings , perfect for relaxing by the pool on those hot summer days/nights
I have a room available for rent, with a built-in wardrobe and Queen sized bed, fully carpeted throughout.
Secure parking is available as the house has 2 large driveways. The property is also equipped with CCTV and an alarm system.
