Recently refurbished and in a central location. This home has 3 bedrooms and polished floors throughout. The spacious combined lounge/dining room opens through French doors onto an L-shaped verandah. The elevation and north-east aspect ensure the property catches the summer breezes and has a nice view. The bathroom is brand new and has separate bath and shower.

The room that is offered is slightly seperate to the living/common area, giving the occupant more privacy and easier access to the bathroom and kitchen. There's a lot of natural light that floods through the room but can easily be controlled by the diffused windows and curtains. The house is located in a quiet area on the back streets of Kelvin Grove and the neighbours are friendly. It is a hop, skip and a jump away from QUT Kelvin Grove and Aldi. It is also a 5 minute walk from a new cafe called Taste which serves Toby's Estate coffee, fresh bread and Melany Milk for an affordable price.

Internet is $20 a month for unlimited. Netflix is $5 a month. Electricity varies, and is paid every 3 months, usage is minimal though as everyone is either at work or uni.

If you are interested in renting the room, please feel free to contact me and we can arrange a time to tour the house etc.

Due to myself moving overseas I have to put this room up for rent. It's the loveliest place and the housemates are creative, clean and kind beings. Both are full time students at the QUT, one being an honours student. They are very accepting and easy to get along with but also respect personal space when necessary.
