Kildare Street, Burwood, Melbourne

I am living in burwood , just opposite the Deakin University , i have 1 room to rent in my home . The room is furnished with double sized bed ,dresser , 170 dollars /week , including internet fee , electricity fee and gas fee , share water bill . It's a quiet area with plenty of street parking , so if u have a car, u can typically find parking right in front . There are 3 buses and 2 trams just nearby my house , it's easy to go to box hill , chadstone and city . My new rhousemate wwill have accessto the common areas of the hom , kitchen and bathroom . Ideally , i am looking for someone to stay at least 6 months, a non smoker , no pet and not to noisy . If this sounds like it might suit you , contace me .Thanks .
