This stunning 2 bedroom apartment is nestled in Victoria Park, a well kept secret, close to Sydney central business district (4kms), world famous beaches (8km) and vibrant shopping, in a secure building with floor only access. From my place you can walk to some of the best restaurants and cafes in Sydney, cycle one of the many dedicated cycleways into the city, play golf at a great city location, join the city joggers around Centennial Park or make a quick trip to one of the many city beaches nearby. You name your interest and it won't be far away.
The apartment is bright, light and airy. It's very well maintained, and is clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped with loads of gadgets to make cooking easier. The gas cook top has 5 large burners and the electric oven is a chefs dream. I love to cook so my kitchen is yours to use.
Loads of brilliant sunshine flood the place and provide a happy, cheerful place. The apartment faces north so it is bathed in sunlight all year round.
The bedroom available for you has a queen bed, loads of space and is bright and sunny. For the lazy ones, it has a TV and is WIFI connected. It comes fully furnished however if you have your own stuff that's OK too. This bedroom has it's own bathroom for you to use. The apartment has just been painted and new timber floors laid so it's looking sparkling like new. Quiet ceiling fans in each room for your convenience and comfort. There's an oven, gas stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The apartment comes with an Internal laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, an Iron and ironing board.
Literally a 2 minute walk from shops and cafes, though you wouldn't know it as the apartment is situated facing the city skyline. All mod cons provided in this home away from home to make living there as enjoyable as possible.
...For book lovers, right next door is a branch of the Sydney City Library...For food lovers who just have to enjoy Sydney's outdoor dining, 2 minutes away we have these restaurants; Italian, Mexican, Thai, Local Pub food, Chinese...and for those who want to cook at home on Saturdays we have a local growers market with fresh, fresh produce. You don't really need a car, public transport is so good in the area, and we are a 5 minute walk to Green square train station and city buses leave from within 200 meters from my place.
I have no special rules but ask that you look after your space as if you were at home...
You'd be sharing with me, Carol. I'm easy going and very sociable and love to meet new people. I have about 3 part time jobs which I love so I'm out and about very often. I'm looking to share with a like minded individual.
I have a small dog (Lowchen) who minds his manners and shares the space with me. He doesn't shed and just loves a cuddle.
