Preferences
I've been living here for 2 years and love the place. Its Close to the best parts of Canberra. Its 5 mins walk from UC and 15mins from Civic. I can't wait till spring so I can get stuck into the garden. All rooms have ducted AC and heating as well as individual units in each bedrooms.
Flatmates
My housemates are moving out and I require two new peeps to move in. I'm a tidy person who loves to cook. I'm a bit of a gamer and tv/film buff, a good book or a good chat or meal with friends.
As my previous housemates were a bunch of shutins I'm hoping for people of either sex who would like to enjoy a game of Uno and a quite drink or a summer time BBQ.
As for work I work for defence and like to go for a ride, walk or swim.
