This unit has recently been renovated to a high standard, features include induction stove, wooden bench tops, large ceiling shower head, the place is fully furnished so no need to bring anything but am open to the new tenant bringing their own bed ect. Arden street is only 2 min walk where you can catch a bus every 30 min straight into the city which takes about 30 min depending on the time of day.
I am looking for a professional to move in, I don't mind about gender but this is not a party house so no back packers sorry..I prefer a minimum of 6 months stay, Just want someone to share the unit with thats social, pays rent on time and keeps it clean ( not over the top clean )
The rent includes all bills (unlimited internet an electricity).

About myself I have been in Australia for 3 years now moved over from London where I stayed for 10 years. I have my own business so I work allot hardly ever there, I love sport, fishing and of coarse the beach.
