Two female employed tertiary students (22 and 26 years old) would like to share large light and semi furnished 3 bedroom house in Surrey Hills/Mont Albert with male or female tertiary students or single professionals (24-30 years).
House has two main living areas, two bathrooms (pink trio of 60s style), French doors, and kitchen and meals area with small grassed courtyard garden back and front.
Non smoking and must like cat (Toby). He's the coolest cat in town ;)
Close to public transport (Zone 1) and all within easy walking distance, bus (including easy access to Box Hill Bus terminus, Lilydale and Belgrave train line and 109 tram line.
Provides easy access to Deakin Burwood, Swinburne Glenferrie, RMIT, and Melbourne University CBD, and Monash/Caulfield/Clayton campuses.
Looking to create a friendly communal house with a shared and inclusive living arrangement with housemates who are honest, fun, financially independent.
