We rent this apartment from agency and the contract will expire next year 15.06.2017. During some urgent matter happens in our back home country so we need to move out Australia, we would love to find some one (group of friends/couples) take over our lease here. Its very cosy and nice apartment, details are described below here.

Here is some important information:
RENT: 1738$/month, pay every 15th of the month
DEPOSIT/BOND: 1738$ (one month)
CONTRACT EXPIRES 15.June 2017 (However can extend if you want)
INTERNET: 1000GB/month, 70$/month
WATER & ELECTRICITY costs depend on how much you use, I pay about 30-40 per month.

APARTMENT CURRENT STATUS: We are couple stay in master bedroom and we rent the smaller bedroom out till middle November 2016 so if you take over our lease you dont need to pay whole month rent cause you get extra income from renting out the smaller bedroom (for detailed I will explain more once you inspect the apartment). Its idea for a couple take over our lease, staying in the master bedroom like us and rent out the smaller.
