This property is only 3 mins walk into Airlie and directly across road from Abel Point marina. The house is very comfortable, nicely furnished, air conditioning. There is a water view.

My flat mate is a dive instructor who works and lives out on the reef 5 days a week, she is a really lovely person who has been living here for just over 6 months.
I am an older person who works in sales for a company in Airlie and have been with them 11 years. I am young at heart and have a lot of younger friends. I have family in Townsville which I visit regularly.
