Preferences
I am currently moving overseas and my current room will be available. It is a brand new house and my current housemates have been living here for almost 2 years. The house has 4 other housemates (mid 20's), mainly working professionals from Malaysia.
The house is fully furnished except for the room on offer. So basically you have to bring your own stuff.
The room on offer is huge, by Clayton standards. Has a built in wardrobe, central heating and air conditioning.
It is 5 minutes walk from Clayton Train Station, 8 minutes walk from Clayton Town and 15 minutes walk from Monash University.
Flatmates
Currently living with 3 males and 1 female. Mix of young working adults and students. Very friendly and clean as well.
