Gorgeous brand new build, large double room to rent. Shared Living/Dining/Kitchen and outdoor space with private living/office room and huge bathroom (shared with 1 other). Negotiable on furnished room or not - rest of house fully furnished with high end goods (inc. laundry and dishwasher). Would suit Professionals or quiet students. 13 mins door to door to central CBD (via O-bahn) or 15 mins drive by car. Reverse cycle ducted air con throughout - (cool in summer, warm in winter!). Extremely quiet area/house, right on the linear park - beautiful location. Bills not included - unlimited wifi, along with gas/electricity/water to be split between all. Sorry - no pets, smokers or children.

Currently two very friendly housemates who are busy bunnies, so not at home all the time. Looking for someone quiet, who pays their rent/bills on time, keeps their side of the housework up and that's about it really.
