Close to Gosford Station and shops, off the main road so no loud traffic and I mainly keep to myself when at home so you are free to invite guests over.
Your flat mates will just be me. I spend most of my home time during the week tinkering on my computer, but that said I don't get home until 8pm-ish.
Weekends I try and spend with my girlfriend and I'm fine with people coming to the place, just as long as they don't trash the joint or make noise late into the night that it becomes unreasonable.
