you'll have 2 living rooms, 2 balconies, 2 wicked housemates... plus a walk in robe and an ensuite
room is unfurnished but Jarivs has a double bed in the garage (suave silky oak) so its free to any new housemate that wants it!

Jarvis and I are signing a 6 month lease, so hoping to find someone happy to sign that lease aswell, in which case bond will be 4 weeks rent; but we're also happy to sign it with us two and then have someone who just pays rent - open to either!
you'll be living with a guy and a girl, both in our twenties, both working monday to friday, both pretty cruisy, enjoy a cheeky beer and a boogie here and there
