Preferences
I'm seeking a relaxed yet tidy person to join me here in kotara. I do my own thing but do enjoy company when we're in the lounge room.
All bills are included in your rent. There's unlimited broadband, a back yard, a big telly with my hard drive of movies. You can bring your own if you like.
We're five minutes walk from Kotara Westfield, and just around the corner from Joslin st shops. There's a bbq on the back verandah as well as outdoor furniture.
All I ask is you tidy up after yourselves. I do the big cleaning, like vacuum and mopping.
