Brand new resort style apartment complex with huge pool, bbq area, heated jacuzzi, gym. Cafes, restaurants, shopping, public transport, cinemas all in walking distance. Unlimited NBN internet available but not included in rent.
I'm a 35 y/o professional female, working full time. I moved in 6 months ago by myself, and wanting to rent out the second bedroom. You'll have a massive wardrobe and your own bathroom with toilet. The apartment only comes with one carspace but the complex is not full so there's option to get a carpark. Subject to on site management's decision.
I'm looking for a private, quiet flatmate as I need go to sleep around 8-9pm. I'm after someone more mature between 25-45 years who's very clean, tidies up after themselves, is a non smoker, reliable and respectful and works full time and has no kids. I'd like to get along well. I'm friendly, honest and respectful too. Normally minding my own business and definitely not a loud party person but I'm up for a chat, nice glass of wine or coffee. I very rarely bring people over, even if I do it's just one person at a time. I'm very private too, so I hope you're someone similar.
I'm into health and fitness. I'm cost conscious and expect you to be the same. I'm trying to save money, so I turn the lights off, prefer to use the fan instead of air conditioning, and don't shower for hours (as we are sharing the bills).
Bills (water, gas, electricity, unlimited NBN) will be equally split. Electricity is bought in bulk by the complex, so it's pretty reasonable. Bills in total are about $20/week/person. I bought brand new fridge, vacuum cleaner and washing machine when I moved in.
Room is unfurnished, would fit a queen bed, has its own tv connection. I still need to get a couch and a TV for the living room, but if you have these, you're welcome to bring them. I've got cupboard space in the kitchen for your plates/utensils.
I'm applying for other jobs so might have to move within the next 6 months so if that happens you'd have the opportunity to take over the lease and move in to the master room and find a flatmate for your room. Or just rent out the master room.
4 weeks bond, you'll get a confirmation from RTA about the bond share but you won't be on the lease.
