I am moving to a place closer to my uni, so my room in this lovely house in Albert Park will be available from this week.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe with mirrors, a shelf, a small table and a fireplace (don't know if it works, but you're welcome to try!).
There's a living room with a TV with Foxtel, a radio from the 1940's (that works perfectly!), a big backyard with lemon and orange trees, a BBQ and a hammock. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessities, even a dishwasher. There's a laundry with washer and tumbler. Smoking outside only.

Wifi is available for just $15/month. Bills are paid every 3months and are nice and low in summer and a bit more in winter for obvious reasons.

Room might be available a bit before 30th of October, if necessary.

The house is within a
5min walk to the beach,
3min walk to tram line 1,
7min walk to line 12.
5min walk to an IGA and a Foodworks, 15m walk to a Coles
20m to South Melb Market

More about the Flatmates

You'd be living with the best housemates ever - an Aussie guy who's a tradie with the best taste in music and a cute, not over-friendly-but-not-hostile cockatoo. A British girl doing her Ph.D. who works long days, and makes delicious cakes and has a great sense of humor. Thirdly, a cool frenchie girl who's a student with a great accent who goes away camping/hiking most weekends.

We'll occasionally have nice meals together, which usually ends in a game UNO or cards over the last piece of chocolate.

To live here you have to be easy-going, tidy and respectful, which basically means that you clean up after yourself and pay rent/bills on time.
Just write a little about yourself, who are you and why should we want to live with you, when can you come by to see the room and when can you move in..that sort of stuff.
