Townhouse located in Carina with off-street covered parking available on weekends, on-street during the week. Close to Westfield Carindale or Cannon Hill shops and bus to City / Southbank / Carindale shops is directly outside front door.

Room is being offered unfurnished but is big enough for a queen bed, bedside tables, a dresser/tall boy and also has mirrored built in wardrobe. There is also a TV aerial point in the room for your own tv. There is currently a desk and chair in there which current flatmate will leave in room for $50 if needed (see furnished pic - desk and chair only).

Bathroom is shared with one female flatmate who only stays at the house few nights during the week.

$170 per week and includes all bills (electricity and water) and unlimited internet.

Available 18th June 2017.

I am a 32 yr old female, work on the road sales job so am never home during the day. I am a healthy and active person and am up early in the morning to walk the dog, gym in the evenings, spend at least 1 night during the week and most weekends at boyfriend's place so am really not home that often. Looking for someone quiet, friendly, tidy and easy to get along with.

The other flatmate is a 33yr old female who works in Brisbane and stays at the flat during the week but spends Fri - Mon with family so if you rent this room, you would have the place to yourself most of the time.

Person moving out was a part time student at Southbank TAFE and worked at Westfield Carindale. She didn't have a car and found the bus out the front of the house easy to get everywhere she needed to go and as we are rarely at home, she had a nice quiet house to study in.

You absolutely must like dogs too - I have a small Maltese with a huge personality who gets overly excited by new people and he can definitely take some getting used to but he is great once he knows someone.

Would possibly consider a small dog (under 5kg) but definitely no cats or larger dogs.
