Someone who wants to create a home (not just wanting to rent a room)

Must be warm, friendly and personable / sociable

Respectful and considerate of household noise, privacy & cleanliness

Mature professional, reliable and responsible(between 25yrs – 45yrs)

Someone who has their own hobbies /interests activities and leads an active lifestyle would suit the dynamics of the house hold. (not suitable for anyone who spends most of their time indoors, at home, on the couch or in their room).

Happy to be part of the household, relax at home, share a meal, glass of wine, have a chat or and a night in together on occasions.

Must be working full time, pay rent, bills on time without being reminded.

All applicants must provide references to be considered

House hold vibe:
Chillaxing at home/ hanging out with friends, family or partners (within reason) for social gatherings eg BBQ, dinner party, few social drinks.

Not acceptable:
Smoking / Drugs (of any type)
Late night parties / drinking sessions or FREQUENT randoms sleeping over
