Becoming available on 30/11/17 is an awesome 2-bed apartment on Lamrock Ave, perfectly located between the beach and Hall street. The apartment has two large bedrooms (note room available is unfurnished) and a sunroom overlooking the street. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, lots of storage, and the apartment has wooden floorboards giving it a great beachy feel :) also - there is an awesome rooftop we will be using in summer.
Rent is $470 per week ex bills that are halved as they come in.
Inspections are best on Saturday and Sunday - just send a text half an hour ahead of time and I'll be there!

I'm a 31 year old guy. I work as a management consultant so often very long hours, with the occasional day working from home. Not originally from Sydney so really enjoying living in Bondi and will be out and about most days. Preferred professional female used to living in share houses.
