Our amazing fully furnished corner apartment in Liberty Towers (right opposite Southern Cross Station) has floor-to-ceiling windows, a beautiful living and dining room overlooking the city towards the ocean and a fabulous huge balcony with heating making it perfect for entertaining or relaxing all year round.

It's a 2 bedroom apartment, both rooms having access to a private bathroom each. The room available is the Master Bedroom, the largest of the two, with its own large private ensuite. The views from the room are phenomenal and it comes furnished with queen size bed (with storage drawers underneath), bedside tables and lamps and a desk. There is also plenty of storage space in the build in wardrobes. The two bedrooms are well insulated and the apartment design means the bedrooms are separated by the living space which is great for privacy.

The colour scheme is unique to the building, but the landlord is in the process of getting quotes to have it painted in more neutral colours!

You'll be sharing with a wonderful guy called Rob, who is in his early 30's and works in hospitality. I am devastated to be leaving (but I have to move interstate for work) as Rob has not only been the best flatmate I've ever had - respecting privacy whilst being social - he has become one of my best friends.

The building has a pool, spa and gym and the apartment comes with a secure parking spot. If you don't need the parking then we can rent it out for $250-$300 pm which can go towards the bills/drinks. Bill wise, the apartment has unlimited Fibre-Optic Internet which is $90 per month, Foxtel which is $74 per month and Electricity is about $350 per quarter whilst water is around $75 per month - we've just been splitting the bills.

Looking for someone who is fun yet respects privacy, is gay-friendly and is easy-going.

The move in date is flexible, but ideally by the 8th of September. The agent is great and it's a simple lease transfer form and basic application (so they can register you on their system) and the bond transfer form.

Rent is $1,338.70 per month / $309 per week (fully furnished)
