Preferences
One private room (1 person) is up for rent in a share house. The room comes fully furnished. Bed linen, pillows and blankets are available or use your own. The rooms are lockable for your security and privacy.
The property is around a 2 minute walk to Laburnum station which is 1 stop from Box Hill station with bus stops even closer (route 271, 279).
Weekly rent of the room is $180
All bills and unlimited wireless internet are included in the rent.
Minimum stay of 6 months. Shorter stays are welcome but come at a higher price.
2 weeks rent in advance + Bond (amount of 2 weeks rent) required upfront.
Tenants are required to clean up after themselves and to be respectful towards other tenants. No smoking indoors and no shoes inside.
