Townhouse is located in a group of 8 and faces onto wetlands. It is completely secure with a remote garage and an internal courtyard. Modern gas kitchen, hard floors (carpet in bedrooms), central heating and air-conditioning. Main BR has walk-in robe and private ensuite. Point Cook town centre is 3 min walk away. Close to 3 supermarkets, bakery, coffee shops, 2 gyms, Target, banks, restaurants, local library and transport.
I'm a 41 year old professional who has just taken a new job interstate. I'm pretty relaxed, house-trained, and travel a fair bit.
For the vast majority of the time, you will have the place entirely to yourself as I work interstate. Every few weeks, I will return to Melbourne to visit my two children for a few days. They are in primary school and are exceptionally well behaved. Normally the kids live with their mother a few streets away. When I visit, the children will stay with me, in their own rooms. I will stay in the study at the front of the townhouse. Most of my belongings will be at the house, but over time I expect to move most of them to my house interstate.
This arrangement will work very well if you are a happy, easy going person who wants the benefit of shared costs with sole use of the property most of the time, but who doesn’t mind other people being around on occasion. Other than being respectful, tidy and reliable, someone with a sense of humour and easy going nature is important to me.
