We're an easy going bunch. We tend to keep the house very clean and we expect that to be maintained.
As professionals who work full time and study, this is not a party house and we are looking for an independent individual who respects his/her own privacy and that of others.
Bills (mentioned above) are divided equally among 4 people. We are conscious not to waste energy and control where we can but we also choose to live comfortably and do not sacrifice this comfort for the sake of cutting on bills.
We pay our rent and bills on time and have maintained a good relationship with our real estate agency.
