Fully furnished bedroom with own bathroom - with two laid back Kiwi couples. Perfect for someone settling into Melbourne.
Beautiful three bedroom unit, sunny spacious and did I mention the coolest flatmates in the world?
Couples are welcome but rent would be $280 instead.
Furnished bedroom in Caulfield, 20 minutes from the city, 10 from chapel St and 10 minute from the beach, perfect location!
There is also the bonus of a powder room which means you pretty much have your own toilet for privacy.
The house has a massive lounge/kitchen and dining room.
The kitchen is open-plan with dishwasher and plenty of cupboards and bench space.
Double garage with internal entry. Extras include a separate laundry, ducted heating to keep cosy this winter, a reverse-cycle air conditioner.
The location is one of supreme convenience near city trams; buses, local shops, popular Einstein’s café, the top-rated hamburger joint Tuckshop, Glen Eira Town Hall & Caulfield Park.
The lease is until the middle of September with the opportunity to extend.
We love to meet people from NZ or from other parts of the world, the UK, Canada and beyond!
My partner and I are looking for flatmate(s) to join us in a beautiful unit in Caulfield.
We are fun, friendly, easy-going people who like to chill during the week but be social and get out of the house in the weekend or have a few drinks at home. Ideally our flatmates would be our friends as we love going to watch sports games and other activities.
We are originally from NZ so don't hold that against us but expect lots of gloating about the World Cup.
Iria works in banking and I work in media as a writer so during the week we would both be pretty busy but definitely like to kick back and have a couple of drinks at the weekend. We are clean and tidy and would love to be in a flat where we are can all socialise and have a bit of rugby banter!
We have family in Victoria, Queensland and NZ and would probably have visitors once every couple of months so we have an open door policy which is open to friends and family of you as well of course. We have a spare mattress to chuck in the lounge for visitors.
If this place sounds like the one for you, please message me to organise a viewing.
