We have been renting this apartment for the last 19 months and unfortunately have to break our lease! This is such a great new two bedroom apartment.
Both bedrooms have big built in robes. It has an open plan lounge with kitchen which overlooks the huge north east terrace so you get a beautiful sunrise every morning. The sunny kitchen comprises of Stainless Steele Bosch appliances and stone bench top. There is a bathroom finished to perfection with marble feature and a 2nd spacious toilet/powder room. It has a large separate Euro laundry. Secure basement parking plus large storage cage and a lift to get to the second floor. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms and Lounge room.
One of the best things is the public transport literally at its doorstop. There is a tram stop out the front which goes down Dandenong Rd past Chapel St to the City or down Glenferrie Rd to Kew. Across the road the tram goes down Balaclava Rd to St Kilda Beach! It’s about an 800m walk to Malvern train station and Malvern Central Shopping Centre and about 200m to Caulfield Park and cafes.
We are hoping to move out in the next two weeks and if you are interested you will need to apply through Form1.
