Welcome to your new home!
Your room is large, comfy and has a huge balcony. It's fully furnished (or not) with a queen-sized bed, an extra-large closet, 42in TV, Blu-Ray player, chest of drawers, a desk with its chair and a sun lounge in the outdoor area. The apartment is fully secure, sound proof and has central A/C for those hot days. You get a leafy outlook of Goulburn St during the Spring/Summer and Harmony park views during Autumn/Winter. It's ready for you to move in!

You will have your own, beautiful bathroom with plenty of storage space. As I have an ensuite, I will not use yours but should we have friends over they would.

The flat is in a near new, luxurious and secure building in one of the most exciting and convenient locations in Surry Hills, near almost anything you'd ever need/ There are well over 100 restaurants, bars and cafes. Right next door there are two gyms, two parks, an Aldi, a pharmacy, a video rental kiosk and half a dozen bottle shops. It's a 1 minute walk from Oxford Street or Crown Street, and just 5 minutes from Hyde Park and Museum Station. If you work the CBD, you won't even need to catch public transport; it's only 10 minutes' walk!

Your weekly rent payment includes gas, energy and NBN internet connection.

*Parking in the building's basement is available for $65/70/wk; this is additional to the listed price.*

I'm a 35 year-old Colombian-born Australian with a well-worn passport, a great circle of friends and a good, steady job in FS. I like to go out and have fun as often as I can but don't bring the party home.

When I'm not bouldering, you can find me at my girlfriend's place or attending some sort of professional networking event. If I am home, I like watching the news on SBS and/or a documentary/movie. I can't cook, like, AT ALL, but I'd be happy to share meals as long as you're OK with me "outsourcing" the process and grabbing some takeaway.

I travel about 6 weeks a year in search of exotic locations and a memorable adventure; my highlights include the Himalayas, the Pacific islands and anywhere where I can hike or snowboard. I like to share my love for the world, its people and culture and can recommend a bunch of places if you are planning a trip/want to escape soon!
