My new apartment is located on level 5, overlooking the Story Bridge and Cityscape - a prime position that doesn't receive any nasty morning sun, leaving it cool and breezy with wall to wall opening windows in the loungeroom and a neat bar for evening drinks and nibbles.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms - of which the larger bedroom and separate bathroom are up for grabs (unfurnished). The car parking space is also vacant (secure basement park) of which you are also welcome to.
Lease is six months and begins on Friday Sep 23. $230/week non inclusive of utility bills.
I've been living in this apartment block for six months on the fourteenth level and absolutely love it. Location-wise it's in an amazing precinct. The block is incredibly quiet and serviced on a daily basis. Recreational area is also amazing for friends and events, and cue lap pool for summer!
