Preferences
The biggest room in the house is up for rent! Two level townhouse with 3 other bedrooms and three bathrooms (one being ensuite).
Kitchen, living, 1x bathroom and laundry down stairs and bedrooms/ bathroom upstairs
3 minute drive to Westfield Carindale and a bus stop at the end of the drive! So conveniently close to everything. Really quiet neighbourhood too!
The current flatmates are 3 girls aged 20-23 .. Two work full time and one studies / works. We all get along really well and are friends as well as flatmates!
Upset to be leaving this great home but moving interstate and need someone to have my room and love the house as much as I have!
