I am living in a double storey home, located in between Sydney road and Lygon st! Walking distance to HEAPS of cafes, restaurants, shops, gyms, etc. It's a great location- there is always something to do, or see! Trams within walking distance, and Brunswick train station is literally 500m down the road. Small park & playground right next to the house, and Maxi Moo cafe across the road.
We are a part of little village, so the house is very secure and safe, and we don't come into any trouble in our area.
Downstairs: medium sized living room, small kitchen, 1 toilet, European style laundry, dining area, and small court yard.
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms (1 available), shared bathroom, separate 2nd toilet, and linen cupboard.
Bond is $1,170 (NOT ACTUALLY 4 WEEKS RENT like add says). I understand bond can be a tough lump some of money to come up with, so I'm happy for you to pay it in 2 halves over (i.e half one week, and the rest the next week).
All bills are split between the two of us, this includes internet.
House is fully furnished, except for your room. Room has a built in wardrobe:)
I'm a 22 year old female, currently studying full time at ACU, and working casually/part time.
I am quite outgoing, bubbly, creative, and love to stay active. I lead an incredibly busy lifestyle, and am very rarely home- so you will virtually have the house to yourself 70%ish of the time (or more!).
I have a puppy - mini poodle- named Oscar! He's 2 years old, so very playful and loves attention.
I'm also a Christian, and attend Melbourne Life Church in Kew:)
I'm looking for someone who has previous house-share experience, will do their fair share in house hold duties/cleaning, is respectful, easy going, chilled, working and/or studying, and will love my dog:)
My current housemate is moving out september 24th, so move in date will be around then!! You're welcome to come check the place out and meet Oscar and myself, just contact me and we'll organise a good time!
