Hi there, Peter here. I'm sharing my house with others while I work in Sydney. I'll be dropping in on weekends from time to time to do house maintenance, inspections and catch up with friends. Currently there are two young people (Heng and Adam) living in two of the three rooms.
Heng and Adam are looking for one other (preferably female) to share the fully furnished house with. It is expected a total of 3 people will be living in the 3 bedroom house. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO COUPLES THANKS.
Heng and Adam are looking for an easy going housemate who is respectful, mindful of others and share spaces, is tidy and is happy to share weekly house chores in order to keep the house nice and clean and tidy.
Heng's got a job in NBN roll-out (engineering and construction). Apart from that she hits the gym or visits her family and friends or is out and about as a volunteer worker.
Heng is fairly independent and easy going, at the same time she says she would be delighted to share a meal or watch movies with housemates here and there as a lovely housemate bonding time. Otherwise she pretty much keeps to herself.
