The house is a pre-war Queenslander with plenty of character and charm. There are two bedrooms, one large office, living, /dining, kitchen and the one bathroom. There is a huge amount of secure storage space downstairs if needed.
The Gordon Park area offers plenty of lifestyle options and the house is situated a short walk from the Kedron Brook with running and bicycle tracks. There is also a large backyard to relax in.
I am easy going and love a chat but am also very respectful of my housemate's privacy. Someone who is clean and tidy and chips in with their fair share.
Rent is $170 per week. Ultra-fast cable internet included (other utilities gas and electricity will be split 50/50). Bond is 4 weeks rent.
The whole house is furnished, the available bedroom can be furnished with bed, wardrobe, side tables etc., but at the moment the room is bare and it can be fitted out with your own belongings.
