The house is a pre-war Queenslander with plenty of character and charm. There are two bedrooms, one large office, living, /dining, kitchen and the one bathroom. There is a huge amount of secure storage space downstairs if needed.
The Gordon Park area offers plenty of lifestyle options and the house is situated a short walk from the Kedron Brook with running and bicycle tracks. There is also a large backyard to relax in.
I am easy going and love a chat but am also very respectful of my housemate's privacy. Someone who is clean and tidy and chips in with their fair share.
Ultra-fast cable internet included in the weekly rent. Utilities such as gas and electricity are to be split 50/50 on a quarterly basis (a negotiated weekly rent increase can be organised to absorb these costs). Bond is 4 weeks rent.
