The house is a pre-war Queenslander with plenty of character and charm. There are two bedrooms, one large office, living, /dining, kitchen and the one bathroom. There is a huge amount of secure storage space downstairs if needed. The Gordon Park area offers plenty of lifestyle options and the house is situated a short walk from the Kedron Brook with running and bicycle tracks. There is also a large backyard to relax in. I am easy going and love a chat but am also very respectful of my housemate's privacy. Someone who is clean and tidy and chips in with their fair share. Rent is $170 per week. Ultra-fast cable internet included (other utilities gas and electricity will be split 50/50). Bond is 4 weeks rent. The whole house is furnished, the available bedroom is unfurnished but I have a set of side tables and a desk if needed? Lifestyle Benefits: Kedron Brook, safe and relaxed Gordon Park area, Toby's Estate coffee shop less than 2mins walk away, Lutwyche shopping centre 2mins drive, Stafford city/Bunnings 5 mins, Westfield Chermside (10mins), Close to Airport (10 mins via Airport link), access to City tunnel and clem 7 on Stafford rd, Wilston Village cafe precinct, Bus stop 300m (375/376), kedron brook busway 1km, short walk to shops on Stafford road and cafe in Kedron. Ample parking is available on the street.
