The house is a pre-war Queenslander with plenty of character and charm. There are two bedrooms, one large office, living, /dining, kitchen and the one bathroom. There is a huge amount of secure storage space downstairs if needed.
The Gordon Park area offers plenty of lifestyle options and the house is situated a short walk from the Kedron Brook with running and bicycle tracks. There is also a large backyard to relax in. I also have a small boxer dog.
I am easy going and love a chat but am also very respectful of my housemate's privacy. Someone who is clean and tidy and chips in with their fair share.
Rent is $170 per week. Ultra-fast cable internet included (other utilities gas, water and electricity will be split 50/50). Bond is 4 weeks rent.
The whole house is furnished, the bedroom is also furnished but the bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side tables can be removed if needed.

I work full time as a Designer. I enjoy being active and healthy and spend quite a bit of time enjoying the wide open spaces down at the Kedron Brook, which is very close to home. I have a Boxer dog who also shares the space, he always enjoys company and will love nothing more than chasing after a tennis ball in the back yard.
