I am looking for a place to rent with another like minded person. I have a small dog, and i operate my business from home. The place i am currently looking at is in Palm Beach and would allow you to have 1 private bedroom and your own bathroom.
Close to beach, and shops.
Rent is to be negotiated and will be plus bills.
I'm 28 and I would prefer to share with another female - that's what im most comfortable with.
Honestly, i work alot and im a bit of a home body when i'm not working. I would prefer someone who is independent, but still likes to socialise a little.
