This is the back unit of four units in the block. It's a quiet location, close to public transport (eg Mentone Station, 903 bus), and Southland shopping centre, Thrift Park, Mentone shops.
The unit is 2 storey, with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs. The bedrooms each have access to a small shared balcony. Downstairs is a large airconditioned/gas heated lounge room (that has a TV and couch, and a table), a neat modern kitchen (with fridge and microwave, cooking utensils and cutlery etc), a laundry (with a washing machine) and a separate toilet. The bedroom has a really large built in wardrobe, airconditioning and has a single bed (if required, or that can be removed if you have your own bed). The unit has a communal sunny back yard with a shared clothing line and a communal gas BBQ.

The other residents are friendly. The landlord (me) is looking for a quiet but friendly non-smoker (or an outdoors only smoker) who might fit into this family-oriented block of units.
The current tenant in this unit (with whom you'd be sharing) is very neat and tidy, friendly but not gregarious. He is 30 and hoping for someone around his age to rent out the other bedroom.
