About the property

Wanted: groovy human being. Must be able to vibe with current dwellers. Why? If we're going to live together, that's many many hours spent in close proximity and we want someone that fits well and adds to the energy of the house.

We haven't decided on a name for this house yet but it has a room that needs to be filled or it may feel somewhat empty on the inside.
Where? A just less than a five minute walk from the Footscray train station. I've run there in 2 and I'm terribly unfit. We're also a hundred meters from the Footscray markets and eighty meters from Barkley st where all the amazing food can be found.

Rent is 650 a month(150 a week), bond is 650, you'd need to come onto the lease. Available 1st October, medium sized room. Entrance from the garden!

House with no name(get it?), is old, has thin walls, has 3 habitable rooms, has 3 fireplaces (none of which work) has a bathroom, has a toilet(outhouse), has street parking, can't handle house parties but expect lots of social conscious gatherings.

About the flatmates

Humans you'd be living with: well there's grace and then there's Gobind.
Grace is an academic that does more things than I can keep track of. She's constantly full of surprises(the good kind)(inductively speaking) and is a blessing to have around.
Gobind is the person writing this post. Is struggling with his masters program and ought to be working on data modeling at the moment but is procrastinating.
Conversations usually revolve around philosophy, music, academia, books, movies, technology, food, life in general, you get the picture.
