Very private and you can set up what I have used as a rumpus room to be like your own little retreat.
You will have your own private ensuite and large furnished air-conditioned bedroom with private balcony with stunning views over hinterland, nerang river and surfers skyline.
The unit is big, homely and has spectacular views right around the coast and is located right on the beach with resort facilities. It's truly incredible.
The apartment comes with secure underground parking and is positioned 1/2 way between Surfers and Broadbeach.
The apartment is furnished. Your room will be furnished as will the rumpus area where you can create your own private sanctuary.
Not essential but favorable, I would love an entrepreneurial minded person who has digital marketing skills and would be happy to negotiate rent in return for marketing projects fulfilled for my finance brokerage.
I am confident in saying, based on what I have seen available in rental accommodation, my room-mate offer doesn't get any better, come see for yourself, you won't be disappointed but sell yourself to me first as i don't do random inspections for the sake of it.

I have 2 young girls (10-14) who will visit me and they will use the third bedroom. They are great kids and won't get in your way but would appreciate your understanding and acceptance that they will feature in this home from time to time.
I am very active in Surf Life Saving and maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular fitness and focusing on eating well. I am a social drinker (bigger coffee drinker) and not a big partier but enjoy being social and meeting new people, dining out especially for brekky.
I am well house trained with strong desire for keeping my environment very clean and homely and expect same from my housemate.
I do like my privacy but don't want an atmosphere in home where we are strangers as good communication is key to ensuring expectations are respected and managed.
