The unit is big, real big, fully furnished (excl linen) it is in original condition so it's not flashy new however it is very homely with spectacular views right around the coast including breathtaking ocean city and hinterland views, located right on the beach.
The apartment does comes with 1 secure underground park at an additional cost of $50pw. Your new home is located 1/2 way between Surfers and Broadbeach away from all the noise.
Bus access right out front or tram just a few streets away...
The apartment is furnished so not really any additional room for other furniture.
I am confident in saying, based on what I have seen available in rental accommodation, my room-mate offer doesn't get any better at this value!
