This an nice and clean house which is newly built. We prefer someone who can maintain cleanness and respect others.
Our flatmates are very cool and chill. They are always up for a chat and a drink sometimes when free, thus we all spent good time together go for bar bbq sometimes as we have a big backyard. We have got fridges, washing machine and everything else available.
