Hi! I live in the front house here. Out the back with direct rear street access is a new building (7 x 6 m) - garage below, the studio above offers spacious open plan living.
The studio has its own street and building entry via high security gate and deadlockable door. Then up the mountain ash staircase into the studio. First impressions are "big" and "views". Large windows look east over to Kew. Others look out over the city skyline.
The kitchenette has an induction cooktop, range-hood, combo convection/microwave, Caesarstone benchtop, good cupboard space with soft-close doors and drawers and a compact fridge.
The first to rent will be the first to use the good size bathroom. It's a nice feel to use a shower that no one else has ever been in!
Double glazing, blinds and insulation provide quiet and energy efficient living. Split system inverter a/c provides heating and cooling, plus partial hydronic heating.
You get almost exclusive use of a large covered patio. This is fitted with mains gas, if you wish to hook up a BBQ.

It's about 5 mins walk to the station, Darling Gardens, the Darebin Creek Parkways and The Royal Hotel (excellent place!!)
